At Midas Grinder, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when using our software and visiting our website.

1. DATA COLLECTED

The program is completely free and we do not collect any kind of user data. The software is strictly for personal use, and its use, as well as the data entered in the spreadsheet, are solely the responsibility of the user.

2. Game Data and Financial Information

We do NOT have access to, do not collect, do not transmit, and do not store any data related to your poker performance.

- All information entered in the spreadsheet (tournaments, buy-ins, prizes, ROI).
- All data from the Bankroll Manager and transactions.
- Notes and Deals settings.

All of this data is saved locally on your computer (in files with the .mtt extension). You are the only holder of this information and solely responsible for backing it up.

3. Google Drive Access

Midas Grinder offers the option to save and restore data files (.mtt) directly to the user’s Google Drive. Access to Google Drive is used exclusively to:

Upload the user’s data file to their own Google Drive account
List and download files previously saved by the user

The application does not access, read, modify, or share any other files or data in the user’s Google Drive. No data is sent to third-party servers other than the user’s own Google Drive.

4. Credential Storage

The authentication token generated after Google login is stored locally on the user’s computer, in the AppData\Roaming\MidasGrinder folder. This token is not shared with anyone.
