By acquiring, installing, or using the Midas Grinder software, you agree to the following terms:
1. USER LICENSE
Midas Grinder is a free software, not sold. By acquiring a copy, you receive revocable right to use the software for personal purposes.
2. Updates and Versions
The user is entitled to all free updates related to the lifecycle of version 1.x (e.g., 1.1, 1.2, 1.9, etc.). The release of a future major version (e.g., 2.0) may be (or may be not) sold as a new product or as a paid upgrade, at the developers’ discretion. For now we encourage a donation so that we can continually improve the software. You can make it HERE or via software.
3. LIMITATIONS
The user can use the program on any computer, without any usage limits. You only need access to your .mtt file, which is always saved locally.
4. RestriCTIONS
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Resell or rent a copy for third parties.
- Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or modification of the software’s source code.
- Distribution of copies is allowed but not recommended. Always download from the official website www.midasgrinder.com.
5. DISCLAIMER
Midas Grinder is a management and statistics tool. The software does not guarantee financial profits from poker. The developer assumes no responsibility for financial losses, user data entry errors, or hardware failures that result in the loss of locally saved files.
